Despite there being millions of homes; rarely will you find two that are absolutely identical.<\/p>\n

This blog entry deals with multimedia units. Not only will the the space a media\u00c2\u00a0center\u00c2\u00a0occupies be unique depending on the home; there is quite a range of electronics; from PS3’s to large LCD TVs. The trend is towards thinner – narrower, and wireless. Given how quickly technology changes; how do you design a piece of furniture in such a way that you won’t need to get another piece made 2 years from now when it changes again?.. especially when it’s the last piece you want to spend the money on (our specialty)?<\/p>\n

Our designs are fundamentally simple; but address the issue of changing technology. The primary way this is done is keeping hidden parts of the backside open; allowing for current wires; while still being hidden enough to not take away from the look. The spacing of the internal shelving \u00c2\u00a0accommodates\u00c2\u00a0the biggest current units (and not a cm more).<\/p>\n

Check out this beautiful TV stand we created for a Toronto customer. It also has doors with internal shelving for electronic systems and storage.<\/p>\n
