Kitchen Harvest Table with Wormy Maple Chairs in Cambridge, ON
Black chairs are a great way to break up tones so that the reclaimed wood top is emphasized as a centerpiece. Some find it a shame to paint over all the wood; so an additional option is staining the chair seats the dominant tone of the table top. This creates a nice two-tone effect; emphasizing the character of the distressed wood top.
