6 ft Reclaimed Wood Harvest Table & Chairs in Milton, Ontario
We are able to keep nearly all the original distressing in the old boards we use given our unique finishing process. All the historical character is maintained. The tops are all made from original “threshing floor” boards – the floor boards in pioneer barns. All our wood is reclaimed from Southwestern Ontario barns. Our heritage is being preserved in a small way on every one of our table tops.
Check out the reclaimed harvest table we made for a customer in Milton, Ontario. Hemlock has a fairly dominant grain, and doesn’t split straight but curves. Combined with all the distressing, it really make for a stunning look. Hemlock is less reddish than Pine so is great for spaces with paler wood tones or less colour. See pics below!
