Our reclaimed wood boardroom tables are custom built from scratch. To seat two chairs at a table end, consider a wider than standard width. For this St. Jacob’s boardroom table project, the customer opted for a 72″ width to comfortably seat 2 large office chairs at the ends. See pics below:

As opposed to the hemlock barnwood we use, the old growth Pine is more reddish. The 2 stage epoxy + satin polyurethane finish pulls out the old wood patina. Check out the recent harvest table project we made for a Bolton home:

Our greytone treatment option keeps the light colour of the unfinished barnwood we use. Given the age of the wood; there will still be quite a bit of brown. This is a good option if you want the natural colour but don’t want the space to be too dark. Check out this recent harvest table project did for a Quebec home:

Our round tables are heavy duty built from old Ontario barnwood. The old patina and distressing is what provides the unique look of our tables. Our heavy duty clearcoat finish fills in the old distressing in the Ontario barnwood we use. This unique finish makes our tops waterproof, durable and pulls out the authentic patina in the old wood.
