Most of our product is naturally [clearcoat] finished [no stain]. In some cases our customers want to be able to predict the colour very specifically, with no redder tones. This is why we started offering this new option: black stain. This cuts out the reds and makes the whole table consistently very dark. Check out this recent reclaimed wood table project we did for a Waterloo customer with this option:

ur new bleached treatment option maintains the natural colour of unfinished, while taking out the brown tones. Unfinished wood will be quite gray, but also have a degree of brown.
